Our newest non-alcoholic alternative


Traditionally, non-alcoholic wines are made by stripping the alcohol out of wine. These dealcoholized wines are typically made from cheaper, bulk wine, and when the alcohol is stripped away, the wine flavor becomes unbalanced - think of a lemonade without acid or a coffee without tannins.

Meet Proxies! They're like wine... but, they're not. 

Proxies are artfully blended beverages, and nothing like dealcoholized wines. Each concoction is infused with fruit, teas, hand-crafted bitters, spices, and herbs, to create a beverage with a depth of flavor analogous to wine. We were instantly intrigued! Over the past few years the Proxies team have tweaked and perfected their recipes to offer a truly unique and delicious wine-like alternative.
