This is a very special wine. From two vineyards dating back over 100 years, this wine has old vine intensity and charisma. There’s a preserved lemon richness and instant likeability for this “cousin” of the Chardonnay grape. Known as the third grape of Burgundy, Aligoté is a wonderful (and often lighter) alternative to Chardonnay.

Only 200 cases made.

Delicious With

This wine is delicious with seafood – the citrus and crisp flavors pair especially well with fish. It’s versatile to match soups and salads, but our favorite pairing is with gooey cow’s milk cheeses like Brie, Camembert, or even Gruyère.
