This is the only sherry you need! Well... if you want to get fancy, text us and we can chat about the nuances of other Sherry wines you should try... But, practically speaking, this is the one we recommend for drinking and cooking. Fino Sherry is light, dry and aromatic. Use it for aperitif cocktails, as well as in recipes that call for a dry sherry.

Sherry is known for being sweet, but in Spain traditional sherry (like this Fino) is not only dry and delicious, but also leads to some of the best food pairings – especially with appetizer-type foods like tapas. Great with anything deep-fried, rich or tempura style, all kinds of snack foods: olives, dates, nuts, croquettes, salty chips, Spanish ham and other charcuterie or cold cuts.
