This wine tastes like the transition from summer to fall. It’s back-to-school energy - filled with sunshine but also has a lovely grip and structure to it. 

Enjoy the aromatic punch of a clove-studded orange rind, followed by a mild peach and lychee, with red apple skins and a hint of Tarte Tatin crust. It’s a dusk wine with lots of snacking potential!

Spicy flavors of Asia or Latin America. Try a crunchy wonton and tangerine chicken salad. Or all types of tapas, fried cod, spicy shrimp skewers, or tortillas and guacamole. Also wonderful with traditional rustic German plates of roast pork, schnitzel, sausages and smoked meat.

Their Cred

Yves Dietrich, along with his sons Pierre and Jean, manage a distinctive and influential vineyard. Yves oversees the vineyard, Jean handles the cellar operations, and Pierre manages the commercial aspects. In 1991, Yves took over the family farm and transitioned it to organic farming in 1999, then to biodynamic practices in 2003. In 2017, they built a bioclimatic wine cellar in Europe's largest thatched building, shared with Domaine Jean Paul Schmitt. The estate spans 18 hectares and is known for producing wines that are precise, direct, engaging, and clear.
