Le Machin (The Thing) is a new project from Craig Winchester and Mike Roth at Lo-Fi, bringing accessible, honest expressions of wine sourced from organic vineyards throughout Santa Barbara County. This Côte de Central Coast is a true California bistro wine - reflecting the diversity and stellar growing conditions of the California coast for these classically southern French grape varietals. This is the perfect elegant any-time red!

Pairs best with grilled, roasted, or gamey meats and savory Mediterranean herbs. Texas-style smoked beef brisket, pork ribs, or grilled sausages match the ripe fruit and subtle spice. Grilled eggplant, zucchini, ratatouille, or dishes seasoned with rosemary, thyme, and black olive. Aged Gruyère, smoked Gouda, or hard, pungent cheeses.
