Rich baked apple, toasted brioche, buttery goodness. This sparkling wine or ‘crémant’ is made of 100% Chardonnay from the Jura region of France. Jura wines have more recently become popular amongst the natural wine community for their characteristically earthy, yeasty Chardonnays and this sparkling version does not disappoint!

Their Cred
Eric and Bérengère Thill make wines from their small holdings in the south of the Jura some 45 kilometers south of Arbois. Here they grow the traditional Jura grape varieties including Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Noir and Poulsard. They were certified organic in 2015. Eric was originally from Alsace and prefers to work with single grape varieties. They live in a village close to the commune of Gevingey where vines are planted close to the forests, providing a diversity of plants, animals, and micro climate.
