This delightful French white is made entirely of a grape called Jacquère, a crisp, deliciously smooth wine from the French Alps.  Known for being light-bodied and refreshing, with bright acidity like green apple, pear, citrus, and a subtle stoney minerality. Traditionally paired with fondue, this wine can cut through rich foods, or stand alone as a refreshing cocktail wine. Made by the well-known Berlioz family in Savoie, this is a highly regarded, yet tiny production wine.

Delicious With

Beautiful with rich, melted Alpine cheeses (fondue, Raclette), fresh seafood (oysters, sushi), and poultry dishes. Its bright citrus notes and minerality effortlessly slice through heavy fats.

Their Cred

The Berlioz name is well known in Savoie, with Adrien's cousin Gilles one of the most famous producers in the region, known since
the 1990s for his low-yields and for converting to biodynamics. Adrien studied viticulture and oenology at Beaune and then
started his domaine very small, with less than a hectare of vines. His project has since grown to a little over 5ha, all mostly around
Chignin, and all farmed Biodynamically.
