Hot dang! This is an INCREDIBLE Riesling from biodynamically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley. Dry, and loaded with layer after layer of perfectly ripe peaches, this one packs a solid punch, and will make anyone rethink the varietal. This is a wine for Kings and Queens. It's beyond organic, too!

Delicious With

Salmon! Fresh oysters, Dungeness crab, shrimp ceviche, or grilled white fish. Pork chops, pork belly, duck confit, or charcuterie. Delicious with fried foods like Schnitzel, tempura, or fried chicken. Or try with Thai green curry, Vietnamese pho, sushi, and sashimi. For cheese lovers, it's great with goat cheese, feta, or aged Gouda.

Their Cred

Brooks farms twenty acres in the Eola-Amity Hills, a sub-region of the Willamette Valley with higher altitudes than other AVAs and ocean winds that blow through the Van Duzer Corridor. Brooks has employed biodynamic farming practices since 2002 and received their official certification in 2012. Today the winery is run by an incredible group of people. Claire Jarreau is the winemaker and vineyard handler, managing the relationships with Brooks' estate vineyard crew, as well as with growers throughout the Willamette Valley.
