Tastes like sunshine sunshine with a lovely grip and structure to it. This biodynamic blend is wildly aromatic like orange marmalade, tea, ginger, and tree-ripened apricot dusted in ginger and baking spice. Layers and layers of flavor.It’s a dusk wine with lots of snacking potential!

Delicious With

Spicy flavors of Asia or Latin America. Try a crunchy wonton and tangerine chicken salad. Or all types of tapas, fried cod, spicy shrimp skewers, or tortillas and guacamole. Also wonderful with traditional rustic German plates of roast pork, schnitzel, sausages and smoked meat.

Their Cred

Pepin, the negociant project of Achillée. Just like the Achillée wines, they are natural, farmed organically, harvested by hand, with no additives, only indigenous yeasts, fermented naturally, and just a tiny bit of sulfur added before bottling. The wines are made by independent winemakers from Achillée's network, lending these winemakers a platform to make wines, so the blending and grape varieties may change year by year, and sometimes the grapes even come from outside France! The label art is designed by the artist Michel Tolmer, who is well-known in the world of natural wine.
