Cabernet Sauvignon is a definitely a thing and the most famous red wine for a reason - it's deliciously bold. This lineup of three organic Cabernets from different regions shows a range of styles from Napa Valley, Languedoc, and Paso.

  • Ashes & Diamonds | No. 6 - A charming Napa Cab that's inspired by the leaner wines of the '60s and '70s. It's almost seductive in structure and mouthfeel and will keep you coming back for more.
  • Domaine du Temps | Sans Ordonnance - A wildly likeable love letter to France. This wine has all that brooding big grip character, with none of the bite and a refreshingly perky lift.
  • Herman Story | Boltcutter Cab - This cult Paso cab is best described by its winemaker as "All the brash ferocity of a Clubber Lang left hook, tempered by the gentle nuance of his post-boxing career as a pâtissier... nimbly crafting marzipan blueberry canelés, honey-drizzled blackberry tarts, star anise garnishes, black leather vests, crumbled graham cracker, and heavy gold chains, all delicately arranged on tiny alabaster plates."
