Reis is a natural orange wine made entirely of Cortese grapes from the Italian region of Piedmont. With a stunningly vibrant amber color, this wine is packed with potent aromatics. It jumps out of the glass with chamomile, peach, and this laser-sharp mineral intensity. Almost herbal, this is more elixir than traditional wine. For a true skin-contact trip, enjoy a bottle of this with a fellow wine geek.

Delicious With

Delicious with an adventurous array of flavors like coconut curry or jerk chicken. Also great with earthy vegetarian dishes like Spanakopita or lentil stew. Try with grilled fish with lemon, chicken in white wine sauce, or risotto Primavera with asparagus, peas, and zucchini.

Their Cred

Rocco di Carpeneto is a radical, organic winery located on a small plateau amidst the Upper Monferrato hills, i.e. the closest to Mediterranean sea part of Piedmont. Wine production is strictly devoted to Piedmont-native grapes (cortese, barbera, dolcetto, freisa, albarossa, nebbiolo) grown in old vineyards — mostly planted between 1955 and 1986.
