A noble syrah that shows Vincent's pedigree after working with the famed and loved winemaker Franck Balthazar and his prized vineyard. Made with only the most natural techniques, using indigenous yeasts, no added sulfites and a very gentle touch. Bursting with blueberries at first, then you get this whiff of violet and a sprinkling of black pepper. Subtle and sublimely delicious.
