Some wines just stop you and this one did! We tried this over a year ago and have been waiting for it ever since. It's beyond good - you can feel it in your toes. Nutty, but also razor precise. Umami in every sense. Creamy golden apple with a thick layer of mousse. Rich and luscious, yet tailored like a great dinner jacket. This micro-production crémant (or sparkling wine) is crafted like many of the finest grower Champagnes, and it shows!
Delicious With
Fried oysters, fried or roast chicken with root vegetables and gravy. Prosciutto with burrata and grilled bread. Celebrations or Tuesday night.

Celine & Laurent Tripoz, who make this beauty, age it to maturity in their garage-turned-winery in the tiny hamlet of Loché near Pouilly-Fuissé.
