This is arguably Régis’ most over-delivering wine. Coming from his oldest vines, 'Les Longeroies' showcases all the classic black cherry, black tea, and baking spices of a refined and revered red Burgundy.

If a handful of Côte d’Or villages (northern Burgundy), like Volnay, Meursault, and Gevrey-Chambertin, have been consistently prestigious for centuries, Marsannay lies at the other end of the spectrum. Despite having been preferred by the dukes of Bourgogne as far back as the fourteenth century, it has largely been overlooked throughout the last couple of centuries, and its reputation has been on the rise only in the past few decades with the accumulation of talented vignerons such as Régis Bouvier.

Delicious With
Their Cred

Three generations of Bouviers have farmed vines in the Côte de Nuits, dating back to 1910 when Henri Bouvier founded the domaine in Marsannay.

Led by Henri's grandson, Bernard took over from his father in 1992 and has carried on the family legacy, all the while refining vinifications, implementing organic practices in the vines, and seeking to farm new and interesting terroirs.

The Bouvier name is synonymous with quality, and accessibility; they conscientiously farm high-quality vineyard holdings in lesser-known appellations, with the experience and talent only a century’s worth of winegrowing can allow.
