A casual, yet super gourmet chilled red. We could drink this all day long – while cooking, entertaining, or just because. The flavor is a mix of raspberry, blood orange and violet, with a juicy texture and an almost-sparkly depth. This is a fresh and plump French co-ferment of white and red grapes that's meant to be served chilled and enjoyed thoroughly!

Pair with a colorful cheese and charcuterie board filled with fruits, nuts, salty snacks and creamy cheeses and cured meats. Also perfect with crispy skin chicken and potatoes, beef kabobs, or mushroom risotto.

Their Cred

Vincent Marie loves natural wine. Since 2013, he has been on a quest to make wine with as little intervention as possible. Biodynamic preparation and organic farming are at the center of this small Domaine in the village of Volvic, in Auvergne, France. Some of his vines are as young as 15 years, and some are as old as 120. The grapes are grown in varied soil types –
granite, basilica and volcanic bedrock – that give the wine a distinct freshness and complexity.
