Dark, soft and juicy, this drinks more like a light red than a rosé. Raspberry, spice, with some smoky umami that adds some complexity. A compelling mix of elements here, all in an approachable, unpretentiously delicious wine. Named after one of Kirk's favorite Cocteau Twins songs. Zero sulfur added for a real legit natural expression. Love this wine chilled, with a hearty salad.

Try with a hearty salad featuring your protein of choice, something crunchy, and maybe a fresh or dried fruit element. Some combos we suggest are: seared scallops, crispy bacon or pancetta, and grilled pineapple; pulled chicken, cashews, and ruby red grapefruit segments; or make up your own!

Their Cred

Kirk Sutherland started Erde Wines after having worked during several harvests in Oregon. He decided to try taking it on himself and founded his small scale winery in 2020. The grapes are sourced from thoughtfully farmed vineyards and orchards. With the project, Kirk hopes to create something unexpected, approachable, but most importantly delicious.
