A wildly natural sparkling wine from one of our new favorite Spanish winemakers, Alfredo Arribas. Earthy bubbles surround this pear candy and yellow cake delight. Frizzante (which means a gentle bubble, and not aggressively carbonated), salty and hyper fresh, this bubbly is worth savoring.

Burrata, fruit, shaved nuts, crispy Prosciutto, and great with the buttery texture of good EVOO - dressed salads, olive oil poached salmon, or a dipped crusty bread

Vins Nus by Alfredo Arribas is based in the north of the Priorat and Montsant regions, and represents an alternative and complement to the rest of his wines. These wines have more absences than add-ons: no added sulfites, less oak, less extraction, alcohol, color… while still showcasing the identity of a Priorat. Perfectionist and empirical at the same time, Alfredo embraces winemaking with creativity. He makes wines capable of evoking an ancestral character and at the same time tuning in with the most sensible and advanced gastronomy.
