Classic and clean with gorgeous, tiny bubbles and a delicate touch. Like a flaky thick cut brioche with green apple preserves and lemon twist, this sparkling wine or ‘crémant’ is from the Muscadet in the Loire Valley of France. Delightfully fizzy and ready to celebrate!

Delicious With

This is a beautiful seafood wine and pairs well with shellfish, grilled shrimp, and ceviche. The wine's acidity elevates the flavor of seafood, similar to the effect of lemon juice. A perfect match for Moules Frites, a classic French dish of mussels steamed in white wine sauce and served with French fries. Also great with simple roast chicken and root vegetables, pot pie, or other hearty cool-season dishes.

Domain Bonnet-Huteau is situated in the center of the Muscadet vineyard, in the Sèvre & Maine appellation, 20km from Nantes. This domain has been producing Muscadet for more than 150 years. Winemakers Jean-Jacques, Rémi Bonnet, Vincent Pineau operate Domaine Bonnet-Huteau, giving their best to develop a whole palette of flavors so that their Muscadet wines express the best quality and minerality for each terroir. The wines are certified organic and biodynamic.
