This is the Champagne that got us into “Grower Champagnes” (meaning the winemakers are also tending the vines). Divine bubbles, from the heavens above and all the souls in the stars, this wine is food of the gods. A magical blend of mostly Pinot Noir, with a bit of Chardonnay, this wine is creamy, salty, floral, candied, and must be flecked with magic. Worth every penny!

Of course we LOVE this with fried chicken or potato chips, but give some of these fun pairings a try: fried mushrooms, mac and cheese, butternut squash ravioli with sage butter, BBQ chicken sandwich, fish tacos, or arugula salad with candied pecans, Parmesan, and pears.
