We are constantly on the hunt for new and different Lambrusco. We fell in love with this one – a lighter take on a traditional Lambrusco, more like a rosato pét nat. Very light in color with gentle bubbles and a ton of fresh red fruit bursting out of the glass. Tiny production, super niche, and a delightful gem for the season.
