This Southern French carbonic wine really has that natural "spark" without being funky. A perfect Tuesday night burger wine, this has all that zippy strawberry and raspberry cola flavors, with a satisfyingly grippy depth. Great with or without a chill, this is the perfect wine to bring to a friends house to pair with just about anything.

Burgers, hot dogs, and anything off the grill. Portobello mushroom caps stuffed with wild rice and teriyaki tofu. Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and sauteed leafy greens.

Their Cred

Stéphane Morin started as a fashion photographer in Paris before making the move in 2005 to his 12-hectare estate in the foothills of the Pyrénées. All of Stéphane's cuvées are produced organically, biodynamically, and without any added sulfur. In short, the idea of the domain is to make wines close to the soil with the least possible intervention between the grape and the glass.
