From the Jura region of France, known for a more rustic, oxidative style, this chiseled iteration of Chardonnay is forcefully saline, almost crystalline in its purity of fruit – and not a hint of funk. A stunning example of the elegance and magnetism of this noble grape. Les Voisines, “the neighbors," comes four select parcels in Arbois, France. A must try!

Their Cred

This little Domaine is the work of 8 generations of the Morins family. Over the years, these farmer-vignerons managed to hold onto their most prized vineyard, La Touraize. With old-fashioned tools and techniques, and an eye towards minimalism (no added yeasts, sugars, SO2 until malolactic fermentation finishes), the wines are purely delicious.
