A deliciously drinkable orange wine (technically 'orange' because this juice spends some time on the wonderfully savory grape skins) from the Marsala region of Sicily, Italy. Gorgeous orange peel with a dusting of salty Sicilian sea air, this wine is grippy, but not overly drying. Textured, and silky smooth. Surprisingly popular with beer drinkers and just the kind of thing you want when you need an in-between kind of style.

Think of Grillo as a fuller, funky alternative to Pinot Grigio. With that slight herbal note and bright acidity, seafood and a wide variety of vegetable dishes. Great with Sashimi, fresh cheese like buffalo mozzarella, and ricotta. And perfect with carbonara pasta.
