Mas Castello | Carbonica

This wine is all Syrah, but dances around like it’s a Pinot Noir. Made using a technique that keeps the wine fresh and light-bodied (perfect for serving chilled), this carbonic preparation is just the thing we want as the weather begins to warm. Fresh cherries instead of cooked pie filling and green peppercorn berries instead of cracked black pepper – this wine is a subtle, cheery version of itself.
