Broc Cellars | White Zinfandel
Finally a White Zin we can all love!
White Zin got a bad rap – and for good reason! But, this is not that, and this is something special and delicious. Plus you can bring it to a family dinner for that in-law who famously drinks the sweet pink, make them happy, and show them the holy grail of this style. Winemaker, Chris Broc, has been working with this Zinfandel vineyard since 2004 – he picks the grapes early so they don’t get too ripe – which makes for a delicious rosé with a rich color and bright, dry flavor. The wine is punchy, with juicy strawberry and raspberry flavor and a refreshingly zesty finish.

Delicious With
The fresh grape-ness of this wine is a great pairing with jam or fruit compotes – baked Brie, turkey or ham with stuffing and gravy, roasted duck or duck confit, pâté, and Moroccan spiced tajine.
