This organic, zero-zero wine (meaning nothing added and nothing subtracted) hails from Piedmont in northern Italy and is made of 100% Dolcetto. Grippy and densely concentrated, this zesty and velvety mouthful of blackberry and boysenberry fruit is dusted with dried wild herbs. Lively and yet still smooth, this is that energetic red that will keep you coming back for more. Best served with a slight chill.

Rocco di Carpeneto is a radical, organic winery located on a small plateau amidst the Upper Monferrato hills, i.e. the closest to Mediterranean sea part of Piedmont. Wine production is strictly devoted to Piedmont-native grapes (cortese, barbera, dolcetto, freisa, albarossa, nebbiolo) grown in old vineyards — mostly planted between 1955 and 1986.
