Privacy

We respect your privacy and support all efforts to protect it. We will never re-sell or distribute your personal information to any other entity for any reason whatsoever. This includes your e-mail address, as well as your mailing address and phone numbers.

When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be absolutely private, and we keep this information on an internal secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site and notifying you of upcoming wine releases and updates. We do not share your private information with anyone and never will.

Content on all pages is for your general information and use only. Details are subject to change without notice. Neither we, nor any third parties, guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. We expressly exclude liability for any inaccuracies or errors.

When Purchasing Our Wine

You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from us. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a person 21 years of age or older. Wines purchased from Guildford Green Wine Company are not for resale.

Credit Card Charges

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. No minimum purchase is required.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the nature of wine shipping laws, we are only able to ship wines, directly to consumers in the states listed on our site.

Shipping Costs

UPS Ground is our carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by UPS Ground at current market rates. *Note: if the customer selects Air as his or her choice, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of purchase amount.

After Your Wine Purchase

Wine may be affected by extremes of temperature: hot, humid summer or cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Guildford Green Wine Company is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. Once your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. When purchasing wine, we will ship your order via UPS, weather permitting, on a predetermined and agreed upon scheduled ship date.

Concerns/Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can resolve your concerns. We may make arrangements, if appropriate. For more immediate assistance, we recommend texting us.

Text-Support Number

We provide a texting (SMS) phone number for customer support. By texting the number 424-267-2755, you agree to receive informational texts (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages responding to your inquiry, to the mobile telephone number you provided when initiating contact. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply. Check with your mobile operator for details.

When you initiate a conversation via our texting phone number, we may request your name, billing address, shipping address, email and/or other order details to understand or resolve your inquiry. We consider this information to be absolutely private, and we keep this information on an internal secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of addressing your concern.

We will not reach out via text with any unsolicited marketing information or campaigns. We do not enroll phone numbers in any recurring marketing campaigns.  If necessary, we reserve the right to change the phone number from which messages are sent.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. We, along with any service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
