Trio of Bubbly
Davide Spillare, L1 Frizzante – A lightly opaque pét-nat, or naturally sparkling wine, that reminds us of punch and bright fresh peach rings. Zippy acidity, that makes you salivate for more.
Opera, Lambrusco – Our newest obsession from Modena – a darkly colored, brambly, smashed plum on cedar planks and dusted with nutmeg kind of flavor. It’s bone dry on the finish and delightfully sparkling to keep the finish clean.
Nibiru, Ancestral Rosé – Dark red fruit, but drinks light and dry. Some hibiscus, red cherry, and raspberry – like smashed freeze dried snacks.
