Seasonal Spotlight - Bietighofer
Easily our favorite new producer!
We can't get enough of young winemaker, Stefan, who converted his family vineyards in Germany to biodynamic and shifted to a natural, hands-off approach in the winery. This trio features three of his incredibly addicting wines:
Weissburgunder: A Chablis-esque white wine - ripe nectarine with chalky stone, honeycomb and Maldon salt, and lime leaf with a wonderful soft texture.
Chardonnay Grande: A must-try for any Burgundy fan - gorgeously rich peach, sweet Meyer lemon, and pomelo flavor. The creamy mouthfeel washes clean with an invigorating river stone effect.
Spätburgunder: A German Pinot Noir that's makes you salivate - Huge cherries, dried fruit, smells the way fruit leather tastes. Meaty, but soft, plush.
