Insanely-delicious, dry, refreshing bubbles with a slightly tart flavor and a hint of apple and pear. Made from the Glera grape, the same grape used to make Prosecco, this wine is “col fondo,” meaning it's bottled before fermentation is complete making it slightly cloudy and fully of yeasty richness.

Delicious With

Oysters and crudités. Smoked cheeses. Pasta stuffed with mushrooms, truffle risotto. Salad niçoise, or caprese.

Their Cred

Located in the terroirs between Colle Umberto and San Fior, around 50 km north of Venice, Massimo Coletti winery has farmed its estate for generations, adhering meticulously to the production cycle: from cultivating the vines, to growing and selecting the grapes, hand-harvesting them in small crates, through to bottling and labelling. They’ve chosen to rediscover native and traditional grape varieties. The gently rolling hills of Colle Umberto are perfect for growing Prosecco. They are committed to quality, respectful of the terroir and nature, have not used chemical fertilizers for years, aiming to interfere as little as possible with development of the natural ecosystem. They want to put healthy natural wines out into the world.
