Lucas Krauß | Weisses Landschwein
A German ‘lunch wine’
This white blend is packed with dried pineapple and peach rings, with a dusting of pink Himalayan salt. Great with a platter of sausages, and at only 10.5% alcohol, this is meant for days off and leisurely meals. From another incredible young German winemaker, this one comes from Lucas Krauß (pronounced ‘Krauss’), a 30 year old with a reputation for his youthful, unconventional style of fresh, mouth-watering wines that maximize both flavor and drinkability.
