Cold roast beef, steak frites, Shepherds Pie. Truffles, mushrooms, and Camembert are all stellar with this wine. Wagyu burgers, macaroni and cheese, and dark meat turkey, sausage and sage stuffing, and ribeye roast.

Their Cred

Jean Yves Millaire is an older winemaker who can’t believe his wines are being enjoyed as far as the US. His vineyard and winemaking craft have always been for local consumption and to celebrate his love of the land. Starting in 1950 from 6 hectares of vines from his grandparents, Jean-Yves and his wife took possession of the farm in 1998. With their vision, they turned the vineyard to organic, then biodynamic in 2006 and 2009.
