Charles Bove | Sparkling Rosé
Pink bubbles that overdeliver
From the Loire Valley in France this Rosé way overdelivers in flavor and creamy texture. This bright juicy cherry and strawberry cobbler is mouth-filling and dry. Made in the traditional Champagne method, this wine is exactly the thing to serve when you need something for a crowd. Or – pop open on a Tuesday just because bubbles are always a good idea!

Their Cred
The Bove family began their company in the 19th century in the Loire Valley as an underground rock quarry – from which many of the old historical chateaus in the region are built. Consisting of 9 miles of underground cellars, with a naturally steady temperature of 53 degrees Fahrenheit and an ideal humidity for making and storing wines. They then began making and storing wines in these caves that are still used today.
