As you may know, we’re a bit obsessed with Lambrusco at GG – there is truly one for every season! 🌷 In Spring, we are starting to thaw out, temperatures are creeping up, and most mornings there’s still a crisp chill in the air. This Lambrusco dips its toe in the classic style (aka it’s leaning more towards a red wine than some of its lighter flirty styles). A tad fizzy, richly textured, dark purple like blackberry juice, plump and juicy and fabulously dry! Serve with something rich like an all-day Bolognese.
