Weissburgunder is the Austrian (or German) name for Pinot Blanc. This is the perfect dinner party wine that starts at cocktail hour with apps and carries all the way through the main course. Fresh and meadow-y, this wine skips across your tongue, getting it ready for you to dine. Kind of peachy, kind of floral, and pretty through and through.

Delicious With

Delicious with Shrimp Pad Thai and anything from chicken or pork to light cheeses and salads. A perfect wine with crudité and fluffy Focaccia.

Their Cred

Andreas Gsellmann’s father was a co-founder of Pannobile, a group of 9 wineries in the town of Gols, Austria outside of Vienna, where they make natural wine. Andreas joined the winery in 2005 and introduced his own biodynamic approach to agriculture. In 2007, he started incorporating new farming methods in the vineyard and wine cellar and his father trustfully placed the winery in Andrea’s hands in 2019. The vineyards were certified organic in 2006 and biodynamic in 2011.
