Where do you ship wine?

We are only able to ship to states which allow us to legally ship wine directly to consumers. Currently this includes Alaska, California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

If you live outside these states and want to send a gift or shipment to an address inside those listed above, we are happy to help!

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free ground shipping on orders of 6 or more bottles to the contiguous United States.

For smaller orders (5 bottles or less), we offer a flat rate on orders:

  • $12 flat rate throughout California

  • $20 flat rate for Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Wyoming

For Alaska and expedited shipping, rates are provided during the checkout process based on your order quantity and shipping destination.

Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as the recipient must be present upon delivery to confirm he/she/they are over 21 years old.

I just placed an order and realized my order’s shipping address is incorrect, can I edit it?

Oh no! We will do our best to update shipping addresses before shipments leave our warehouse. Send us an email at with the correct address or better yet – text us at (424) 267-2755.


Do I have to sign for my delivery?

All wine shipments require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older upon delivery. UPS has adjusted its policy in response to Coronavirus as follows:

In the interest of employee and customer safety, recipients will no longer need to sign for UPS Signature Required deliveries. Despite this adjusted process the driver will still need to make contact with the consignee. The recipient must, at the time of delivery, acknowledge that UPS is making a delivery and, if applicable, show government issued photo ID.

What do I do if my wine is damaged or a bottle appears to be missing?

What happens if I miss a delivery attempt?

If you’ve missed the first attempt at delivery, log into and enter the number on the UPS InfoNotice into the Tracking field to request one of the following:

  • Pick up at a UPS Location: Hold your shipment at a UPS location such as The UPS Store®, a UPS Access Point location, or a UPS Customer Center.

  • Deliver to Another Address: Have your shipment delivered to another address.

  • Deliver on Another Day: Have your shipment delivered on a different day.

What is Guildford Green?

We’re an online wine shop that ships wines to the Los Angeles community and beyond.

Is Guildford Green a real place?

Yes! Our name sake, Guildford, England, is a pastoral town named for its guilded ford. The town is situated on a network of waterways and early settlers were enamored by the golden flowers that lined the riversides. Guildford is a place where the shopkeepers know their customers and the community gathers on the Village Green.

How do your collections work?

Our wine selection rotates with the seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer. Each collection features wines ranging in style and varietal – like a farmer’s market for wine – with fresh picks for every occasion. 

We focus mostly on family-owned wineries, natural wines, and wines with distinct character, lots of personality, and most importantly… soul.

How do you pick your wines for each collection?

At any given time of year, we’re drinking something different – whether it’s pairing wines to a seasonal dish, special occasion, or just a glass of wine to wind down the week. Each season we focus on a theme to help consumers discover and explore wine. Our collections include wines - ranging in both style and varietal - to help you enjoy wine on occasion and for occasions.
